FireFly POS Hardware

The Firefly point of sale software is a browser based POS system designed for pizza restaurants. It uses a Linux server and either Linux or Windows based workstations. The POS system was originally owned by FireFly Technologies and called Phoenix POS. The company was later purchased by Granbury Restaurant Solutions and is now referred to as the FireFly Point-of-Sale System.POS Shopper offers equipment for both new and older versions of FireFly Point-of-Sale.

FireFly POS Certified Touch Screen Monitors

Elo Touch compatible USB monitors, 15" or greater, 1024 x 768 native resolution.

FireFly POS Certified Printers

Thermal, Inkjet or Impact POS printers that can run EPSON Emulation Mode. They primarily sell & support Bixolon and Espon printers. Supported interfaces include Ethernet (preferred), Serial or USB.

FireFly POS Certified Cash Drawers

We recommend the purchase of cash drawers with a Parallel interface. Linux stations only support Parallel interface. (Windows workstations do support serial or USB w/serial emulation.)
